Total Summer Fee — Pre-Sign Up Discount: $2,150.00

By signing this Agreement, the Parent(s)/Guardian(s) accept full financial responsibility for the entire $2,150.00 program fee.

Payment Responsibility

The Parent(s)/Guardian(s) understand and agree that the full $2,150.00 program fee is due once the player accepts a roster position. Raiders Baseball commits roster spots, uniforms, league fees, tournament entries, insurance, equipment, field rentals, coaching, and other operating expenses based upon each player's commitment.

The Parent(s)/Guardian(s) remain responsible for the full contract amount even if:

The player voluntarily quits the team.

The family chooses to leave the Organization.

The family relocates more than three (3) hours from the team's home location.

The player becomes injured or ill.

The player is suspended or removed from the team for disciplinary reasons.

The player receives reduced playing time.

The player decides not to participate after accepting a roster position.

No Refund Policy

The Parent(s)/Guardian(s) understand that accepting a roster position creates a financial commitment between the family and Raiders Baseball. Immediately upon accepting a roster position, Raiders Baseball begins incurring expenses based upon each player's commitment.

All program fees are NON-REFUNDABLE once a roster position has been accepted.

No refunds, credits, or cancellations will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: voluntarily leaving the team, injury or illness, medical conditions, relocation, school activities, family circumstances, reduced playing time, suspension or dismissal from the team, violations of team rules.

Parent Commitment

Parent(s)/Guardian(s) agree to:

Make all payments on time.

Support coaches, players, officials, and Raiders Baseball.

Display positive sportsmanship.

Communicate respectfully with coaches and staff.

Help create a positive environment for all players.

Will not sign up their child, have their child play, practice, or receive the uniform package, then file a chargeback. Doing so violates the Player Contract and the parent assumes 100% of the team fee for the player contract and all legal fees.

Player Commitment

The Player agrees to:

Represent Raiders Baseball with class and integrity.

Respect coaches, teammates, opponents, officials, and facilities.

Demonstrate good sportsmanship at all times.

Attend practices and games unless excused.

Give maximum effort and maintain a positive attitude.

Acknowledgement

By signing below, the Player and Parent(s)/Guardian(s) certify that they have read, understand, and agree to all terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. They further acknowledge acceptance of the financial responsibility for the $2,150.00 Summer Baseball Program Fee.
